Chronology of cameras Belomo

Without its Cyrillic markings, one might think this Belomo Elikon was born more in Japan than in Belarus (at that time, it was still the USSR). Nevertheless, it shares many similarities with contemporary Japanese compact cameras, including the overall appearance, the integrated sliding electronic flash, and the sensitivity selection mode through a toothed ring around the front lens.

It features automatic exposure and a semi-automatic position with aperture priority.

It represents an evolution of the Elikon 35S (marked as 35C) from 1985.
